Prabhu Deva, who has inspired everyone with his directional debut Nuvvosthanante Nenoddantana, is directing this flick. Charmmee, Sindhu Tolani, Madhu Sharma and Archana have also bagged some vital roles in the movie.

Devisri Prasad, who has delivered some mediocre albums in the recent past, is back after a short gap. MS Raju is the one who has introduced Devisri, and their relation continued with blockbuster audios like Varsham, Nuvvosthanante Nenoddantana. Does the history repeat? Read on….

Bharata Vedamuga 4.5/5
The song takes off with a reverberation of a Shankamu (conch Shell) and spiritual drums, followed by the chanting of hymn indicating the song as a spiritual one. Chitra the whiz, in female oriented songs sings this one. The rendition of her ensured to the max that it does not miss the feel of the song. The stress of her voice at the lyric “Bahvuni Bhuvi ki TaralinchelA… Tarani dhivini talapinchelA” speaks for the prowess of this experienced campaigner. Lyrics by Sirivennela interpret how a lady urges lord Shiva by calling him in different names of his such as Neelakandhara, Saila Mandhira, Nagajamanojajagadeeswara, Shankara etc… Lyrics and rendition are the main assets of the song. Tune is good. Orchestration followed the tune rather than leading it. But the aalapana’s at the interludes and opening drum beats are strongly inspired from previous Telugu numbers.

Muvvala Navvakala 4.5/5
For any blockbuster audio there would be at least one song which spell bounds one and all. Here is the song. It may not be a fast one which makes you tap, but the feel of the song and the words tells us the entire story. Lyrics by Sirivennela depicts us how the female lead entices the male lead into love. The words “Muvvala Navvakala Mudda Mandharama Muggu lo Dinchakala Mogga Singarama” aptly suited to the situation. Hats off to Sirivennela for his apt use of words. Tune is simply superb and the orchestration is treated with special care. Devisri used different themes for Pallavi, Interludes and Chranam. Interludes are designed with hefty beats for dances and the both the charanas have aalapana which succeeds in giving a montage feel. It’s a refreshing number which exposes lot of emotions.

Ichipuchukunte 3/5
Tippu and Sumangali sing this number fairly enough to attract the listeners. Lyrics by Sirivennela tell us how female lead in an indirect way pleads the male lead to make her love. The song gains its momentum from the middle of second phrase of Pallavi. Tune is regular. Orchestration is quite normal. The beats in the background gives us a dejavu. It’s a song which has a little bit of discrepancy from other numbers which is more aimed to mass. Violin at times injects soothing effect.

Koyo Koyo 3.5/5
The song starts off in a folk kind of style with howling of the words Koyo Koyo. Shaan after the number U Rock my world in Aarya fuses with Devi to deliver an absolute winner. The zest feel in the rendition is the main asset of the song. Tune and orchestration by Devi is quite fresh compared to his usual BGM’S. The song is treated in a distinct folk style and the orchestration which is filled in with lot of trumpets adds spice to the number. Sirivennela aptly had written the catchy lyrics like “Ori Devudo Elaganee Oorukoku ro ussooorani” which suited to the mood of the song.

Pallakivai 3/5
The first impression we may get that we are listening to an Ilayaraja number of late eighties. The opening and its continuation deliberately done or not, is a stamp of some old numbers. Rendition by Gopika Poornima is good. The lusciousness of her enhanced the song’s life. Listening to the interludes one may get a feeling that this is a dance number in a Durbar. Charanam allures us more than Pallavi does. Humming at the end added flavor to the song.

Yevaro Choodali 4/5
Sirivennela comes up with an absolute winner once again. Taste these lyrics before I illustrate the song.

“Yevaro Choodali ani NatyamadadhE Nemali
Etuga Sagali ani Eru Evarini adagali
Ku antu Kaburu Pedithe RagilE KondagalI
Uu antU Karigi radhA NingE pongi porili”

The lyrics interpret that the female lead is expecting for some one who shares her feelings, comforts and cares for her. Lyric gets all the credit for the song. Chitra once again proves as one of the greatest singers ever in India. The modulation of her voice enhanced the feel and emotion of the song. It’s an absolute number without flaws. Tune is refreshing and melodious. Orchestration followed the tune.

Yevaro Ravali 4.5/5
The song is a sequel to the above number. This number is duet where the male lead responds to the feelings of the female lead. Female lead aspires that, she is about to find her man who cares and loves her. The below lyric tells us the entire story.

“SmruthulE Bathuku ayyi GadipA Prathi PutA Ninna gA
SudilO Padavayyi tirigA ninu cherE mundhugAA
VethikE gundE logililo veligA chaitra padyamilAA
MerisE kanti paapalalo velisA MerisA nitya Pournami laA
Evaro Ravali…..anu aasha nEdu teerali”

The voice modulation by Chitra is highly appraisable. Sagar accompanied well with his succulent voice. Devisri did wonderful job. It’s a sweet melodious number.

In addition three more instrumentals are positioned in the album.
1) Bhavyamaina is classical rehash version of Bharata Vedamuga and is fully treated in Traditional format. Mridangam is used in the interludes as a part of the classical composition and Veena is used in an extensive way which represents the tune. Srinivas sings the only opening line in the number in an enticing way. Devisri has to be commended for showcasing such a classical art in composing this instrumental.
2) Rock N Roll is another Instrumental which is filled in with bulky Trumpets, Drums to the best way. It’s a dance number as the flow of the song interprets.
3) Flute is another masterpiece instrumental of the song Ichipuchukunte. Kiran performed an excellent work. s

MS Raju carries a reputation of giving blockbuster audios. This time also he didn’t disappoint the music lovers. Sirivennela lyrics need special mention. Coming to singers, every one performed with heart and Chitra takes all the honors. Devisri Prasad after a short break gives in a class album. The orchestration and the tunes are more in a traditional style. Overall Devisri has to be commended for showcasing such a classical art in composing this album. The album is a fresh breeze from regular duets and hero intro songs.
