![]() About Our Rating In no time he reaches higher levels with his shrewdness and gets noticed by PR. Incidentally Kranti falls out with PR for financial issues and joins his rivalry group which is operated by Dasu ( Siyaji Shinde), which leads to confrontation between PR and Kranti where it is revealed Jr NTR is son of PR. Would Kranti gets along with his father or eliminates him is to be watched on silver screen. Jr NTR in his new slim avatar rocked big time. He had to utter mostly short and crispy dialogues unlike big and loud dialogues for which he is known. His dances were simply mind blowing especially in 123 Kantri, Vaysunamy and I go Crazy. He performed Kuchipudi (not Bharatanatyam) steps in I go crazy song, all classes of audience were thrilled to see it. This movie is complete makeover for him, in one scene Krishna Bhagawan asks him to change his look for impressing Hansika, immediately you see him in blazer. Most of his dressing style in this film was aimed at youth and girls, he succeeded in it. Hansika as varalaxmi is good, most of the time she used her trade mark smile alike in Desamuduru. Her dubbing was good. Tanisha was just ok, her role was more targeted for frontbenchers. Prakash raj acted very well in first half as a DON, but his role become more like a dummy in later half. Krishna bhagawan comedy evoked good laughs in theater. Separate comedy track by Sunil as Rajani Hassan was good. Brahmanandam was there for few minutes and offered nothing. Siyaji shinde, Subbaraju and Aashish Vidyarthi as rest of the gang members performed good. Story - Screenplay & Direction: Basic storyline of the film is mix of few Hollywood and Bollywood films. Meher ramesh did good job mixing all commercial elements in the script. Screenplay of the film in first half was racy, but in second half it went down. Meher would have simply eliminated two of the gangs in second half and used them in building hero image , instead of that he made it more melodrama. Characterization of Varalaxmi resembled Hollywood film Just My Luck, and also the way Varalaxmi falls for Kranti. This whole episode was directed well. One liners uttered by Jr NTR went well with fans. His dialogues at the beginning of the film on ‘Cycle’ and also like ‘Kranti lekunda gang pani chestundi emo kaani gang lekunda kranti pani cheyagaladu’ ‘Weight taggindi gaani head weight kaadu’ were targeted to fans. Music : Mani Sharma music was ok, but his background music (which he is known for) was big letdown. Photography: Sameer Reddy camera work was very good, especially all Hong Kong episodes were beautifully picturized. Editing by Marthand venkatesh in second half should have been better. Stunts are good; especially the fight scene in Hong Kong was well made. Choreography: Prem Rakshit, he was the difference maker for this film. His compositions were top rate, unarguably this his best work after Yamadonga. First half is entertaining thought they could have done away with the animation work, it doesn't add anything new rather after the first two times gets onto your nerves. Second half could have been handled in a better way. On the whole though you can go watch the movie once and come out satisfied that you've not been subjected to the trauma that directors these days are so hell bent on putting you through.
