 About Our Rating  Storyline: Dasu a.k.a. Kalidasu loses his father (Nagendra Babu) at a tender age in a faction conflict and he lands up in Guntur City as an orphan. Kanakadurga (Jayasudha) who lives with his son Dev (Abhishek) adopts Dasu. Dasu is not interested in studies and he turns into a small time thief of cars for a good cause and assists Dev for his education. Once, Dasu happens to see Archana (Tamanna) who acts like a mad girl and manages to live with Dasu. On the other hand a team led by Ajay (Ajay) searches for Archana. How Archana is related to Dev and how all ends well forms the rest of the story. Casting Performances:Debutant Sushanth – nephew of Yuvasamrat Nagarjuna and grand son of Akkineni Nageswara Rao is alright, though he has to improve a lot in his acting abilities particularly in the emotional scenes. However he showed some ease in Dances and Fights. His voice is very much similar to that of Sumanth's voice. Tamanna is very glamorous on the screen. Her performance as a mad girl in the first half is not impressive and unfortunately she is limited only for songs in the second half. Others:  Jayasudha has performed to the role. She excelled in emotional episodes. Abhishek as a friend to hero did well. Sunil's comedy, the only source of entertainment is hilarious. Vinod Kumar is good enough as main villain. Ajay as an associate to Vinod Kumar showed some ruthlessness. He is very impressive in climax fight. Ravi Babu's comedy is unimpressive. Chalapathi Rao is ok. Nikitha shook her legs in an item number. Others chipped in.TECHNICAL ASPECTS Story - Screenplay & Direction: Story of the film is routine and has nothing novel in it. Director tried for a different treatment but failed to impress the audience. The film started with a bang but the director gradually lost the grip. Screenplay in the second half should have been better. Direction of the film is mediocre and should have taken more care in the script.  Other Departments:Music by Chakri is a big drawback of the film. All the songs are bad barring one. Background music is ok. Dialogues by Raja Simha are moderate. Cinematography by Akhilan is neat. Art work is fine. Editing has to be crispier in second half. Stunts by Kannal Kannan are outstanding. Lyrics by Chandrabose are very good particularly in first song. Production values are of high standards by Annapurna Studios banner.  Analysis:First half of the film is ok. The movie started off with a good scene but the pace has gone down gradually as the movie progressed. Second half is mediocre. Sushanth's debut performance is ok although he has to improve a lot in his histrionics. Main strengths of the film are well choreographed stunts and Sunil's comedy in the first half.
