 About Our Rating  Storyline: Gulabi Govind (Ravi Babu), a psycho killer is responsible for series of mysterious murders happening in the city. He takes an organ from their body and leaves a rose flower on the body of victims. Anasuya (Bhoomika) is an undercover crime reporter for a private news channel is appointed to break the mystery behind these serial killings. She happens to spot out the killer when he is escaping after bumping off her uncle. Meanwhile, an elegant police officer (Abbas) meets Anasuya and helps in tracing out the psycho killer. Who is Gulabi Govind? Why he is collecting organs? And what is the reason behind his murders? forms the remaining story.Casting Performances:  Bhoomika is excellent as journalist with a heart for suffering people and enacted her role with lots of ease. She is fantastic with her fine effective expressions. Her performance in the climax episode is praiseworthy. Ravi Babu as a psycho killer is stunning and he perfectly fits the role effortlessly. His performance as a physically handicapped one is exceptional. Abbas as a smart cop is okay. Nikitha played a key role in the film. She is good. Harshavardhan and Sameer produced good amount of laughter in the film. They did a decent job. Ankitha did a tiny role at beginning of the film. Others chipped in.  TECHNICAL ASPECTSStory - Screenplay & Direction: Story of the film is about an unbalanced guy involving in serial murders and collecting different organs from the victims. It’s a very different story and a complete action thriller. Screenplay is gripping. Allari Ravi Babu is known for his distinctive comedy flicks. He tried something different for this film and succeeded. Direction is very good in second half.  Other Departments: Music by Sekhar Chandra is fine. Re-recording is good however background score is mediocre. Photography is one word breathtaking. N Sudhakar Reddy’s camera work is remarkable. Each frame is visually appealing. Dialogues by Nivas are moderate. Art work is good particularly in the climax episode. Editing by Marthand K Venkatesh is precise. Production values are good.  Analysis:First half of the film is okay. The film turns into interesting mode in the second half. Last 30 minutes is good. Flash back episode is impressive. There is no suspense in first half but the tempo gradually rises through the second half. Screenplay is excellent in the film. Bhoomika, Ravi Babu, screenplay and photography are positive aspects of the film. Anasuya is a different film for a director like Ravi Babu. It takes time to know the real verdict of the film.
