Balakrishna, branded as a mass hero in Tollywood needs no introduction. After the debacle of Vijayendra Varma he geared up to woo his fans with his latest flick Allari Pidugu. Glamorous queen Charmme and sizzling star Katrina Kaif are the female leads. Sophisticated director Jayant.C.Paaranje is roped in as the director. The duo tasted a success earlier in the form of Lakshmi Narasimha. MRV Prasad who produced Sultan earlier with Balakrishna is the producer. Manisharma the finest music director the Tollywood composed the tunes. Astonishingly this is the eighth movie for the Manisharma with Balakrishna and the combo has some lethal hits in their kitty. Does the audio offers anything fresh? Just read on….. Dikki Dikki: 3.5/5 Karthik who is reputed as one of the better singers of fast paced songs sang this one with fortitude. Chitra accompanied him. Tune has nothing novel in it. Orchestration is racy with fast paced beats. The interludes are filled with the rap done on Suklam Baradaram. Baskara Batla penned this one with some funny lyrics. Nede E Nade: 4/5 The song is remix of NTR starred old one. Manisharma with his approach turned this into blockbuster. Orchestration is trendy filled with rhythmic beats and the interludes have rap bits. Versatile singer Mallikarjuna sings with veracity and Sreevardhini (who sang a bit in Chilakamma Mukkuki from GS) has also does a great job. She has great future ahead in the industry. Sahithi lyrics has great feel in it. Taste these lines… Maha Penki maguvalu meeru….erukele me tala birusu... Manasiythey mee magavaru… ika aagaleru ani telusu... Mallelona Illeyyara: 3/5 Sujatha sings this number and Karthik with his juvenile voice accompanied her. Both did their best to save this average number. Tune is routine and orchestration is also not attractive. Veteran lyricist Veturi words this one with passable lines. It’s a routine mass number. Maa Subbalachamma: 3/5 The only class melody of the album sung by S P Balasubramanyam and Sunitha. Tune is refreshing and orchestration is soothing with soft rhythms. Interludes are also well executed. Veturi penned this one with appealing lyrics. Sunitha tone of voice is an asset to the song. Chinuku Laga: 4/5 The song opens with rock-hard rhythms and a rap bit. Ranjith (who sang Aunu Nijam from Athadu) sang this one with fervor. Suchitra with her saccharine tone is good. Tune is good and orchestration is heavily filled with hard beats. Both the Interludes are filled with rap bits. Wonder how Balakrishna mould himself into the song. Orchestration is asset to the song. Kandi Konda pens this one. Ongolu Gittharo: 3/5 Mahalaxmi Iyer with her lively tone impress everyone. S P Balu as usual is good. Tune by Manisharma is inspired from Chilakamma Chitikeyyanga (Dalapathy) in Charanam and is changed later. Jaladanki words for the first time. He succeeded in giving fine lyrics. The audio is well balanced with Mass numbers and fast paced songs. Conflicting much, the audio doesn’t have melodies. The audio has rap bits in most of the songs and the singers rendered are also juvenile which is unforeseen in Balakrishna audios. Jayanth succeeded in extracting good numbers from Manisharma. Overall it’s a different audio from other Mani-Balayya combo’s. |
